Chiefs Will Finish On A Decent Position - Tau

Despite having a bad start to the season, former Mamelodi Sundowns attacker Percy Muzi Tau who recently signed for the reigning CAF Champions League Champions Ah Ahly says he believes Kaizer Chiefs will finish the season in a decent position on the log.

The former Brighton and Hove Albion attacker was quoted by the media saying he knows that they were bad in their first two games of the season but he believes that they will pick up their form and find their way up the log.

According to reports, the 28 year old Bafana Bafana international says Amakhosi are going to challenge for the CAF Champions League spot and they will qualify to play the biggest continental club competition in the next season.

He further cited that he is looking forward to compete against his former teammates at Sundowns, the three attackers who were known as CBD during their time in Chloorkop.

"I believe that Kaizer Chiefs will make it in the top 3, Yes their last two games may be poor but I have that feeling that they're going to challenge for the CAF Champions League spot. I wanna meet my gents (Khama, Dolly and Castro) again in Champions League. I know their going to bring the glory for Kaizer Chiefs," he said.

The Phefeni Glamour Boys finished in position number 8 last season after they only managed to sneak in by winning their last game of the league, they were having a terrible season domestically despite having a great run in the CAF Champions League.

Stuart Baxter and his charges are having yet another bad start of the season they have been knocked out of the MTN 8 already, they have already lost two games in a row, they are currently on position 8 on the log, six points behind the log leaders, that is not a good start for a team that is hoping to win the league.
