After being given an ultimatum to find a venue before the end of Sunday, Kaizer Chiefs' CAF Champions League opponents Waydad Athletic Club have given CAF three countries which could host their game.
According to DStv Premiership News, the Moroccan giants have submitted three name which are Gabon, Zambia and Ivory Coast where one of them will host their match against Amakhosi.
"Wydad Athletic club will choose between Gabon, Zambia and Coted'ivoire a country to host their clash against Kaizer Chiefs. They have submitted these three alternatives and Gabon is the likelier venue since is much nearer to them. CAF will then communicate one of the chosen venue to Chiefs by Monday morning," the publication reports.
Chuefs were denied entry into Morocco a few days ago when they travelled to honor their group stage fixture against Waydad Athletic Club as the country fear the spread of the South African Covid-19 variant which is said to be deadlier than the one of the first wave.
