Kaizer Chiefs are without a natural striker since Samir Nurkovic is also on the long list of injured players, they do however have a natural striker in the form of Lazarous Kambole but the Zambia striker has not been playing much for amakhosi so he lacks game instinct and will not be as sharp as the rest of the team.
Kaizer Chiefs find themselves in a tight spot without a natural finisher but they do have enough midfielders who can potentially step up and try to fill that void, however will they be able to score the goals can they be a constant threat for defenders or will Baxter use a false 9 once again even though they just can't seem to get good results from the play.
Keagan Dolly and Khama Billiat have played their entire career from the wings so they will find it difficult to adjust into the strikers role of being the main target, so Baxter cannot depend on any of them to be the striker even though they can be a problem for defenders but that is from the wing.
Then you have Bernard Parker and Lebogang Manyama who can be their best option but age is against them and they won't be affective for the whole 90 minutes in a strikers role, we know both players know of the position and how demanding it can be and they are very good finishers.
Kaizer Chiefs have put themselves in this position that they are in by not signing any strikers now they have go without one for a while, the problem now is who is the best bet for Kaizer Chiefs upfront do they give Kambole the role and hope he can deliver or does Baxter use one of his midfielders as a striker, do drop a comment on what your thoughts are of the situation Chiefs find themselves in with no match fit natural striker.
