Siviwe Chippa Mpengezi, self made Millionaire and Businessman has a Notorious reputation of firing Coaches at a drop of a hat. The patience and business acumen that saw him build his business empire from scratch, seems to be lacking when it comes to managing his team. Chippa United FC is a business just like any one of his other Businesses, it also needs Patience and Good Management Style. Rome was not build in one day, Coaches need to be given time in order to develop the team so Success can be attained.Gavin Hunt is one such Coach.
All teams he successfully mentored, the first years were building phases. Getting rid of those players he didn't want, and bringing in those he preferred. He is a marathon Coach , not a stop-gap Coach , or a Coach who put out fires. He is a Coach who goes in for the long haul.
The Chairperson Siviwe Mpengezi needs to change how he does things. It's too early in the season, allowing the Coach to stay a little bit longer will be beneficial to the team and people of Gqeberha.
Or am I the only who thinks like this...let's hear your take.
