UEFA Champions League

Pep Guardiola: I didn't win the Champions League with Barcelona.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola shows his humility side in a press conference, giving Barcelona players all the credit for winning the Champions League twice during his helm years at the Catalunya club.

"I didn't win the Champions League with Barcelona", the 50 year old said.

"They won it. I was just there to be one idea altogether and do it and this time it's the same".

Guardiola left Barcelona and rested for a year before he took charge of German giants Bayern Munich. He spent three years there, won the Bundesliga 3 times but could not manage to repeat the Champions League success he had at FC Barcelona.

"If I retire now, or in 5, 10 years, what happened in my career, it was completely unexpected when I started. I'm mostly grateful that the club I was (in charge of), the players I had, the way we played were good"

He further went on:

"This is business. If I don't win, I'd be a failure".
