Kaizer Chiefs set to Miss a Key Player for their Game against SuperSport United

Kaizer Chiefs are set to miss one of their key players for the upcoming game against Supersport United.

Amakhosi will visit the high-flying Supersport this coming Sunday for the DStv premiership encounter.

Chiefs will be looking for ways to slide into the top eight in the log table, however it will be a tough game as they are facing a side that is also aiming to close the gap from Mamelodi Sundowns who are at the top of the log table.

Last week, prior the Chippa United game, Chiefs coach Stuart Baxter confirmed that Lebogang Manyama suffered a recuring injury and was ruled out.

As a results the player did not take part when his team thrashed Chippa by 4-0.

At that time it was unclear on how long the player will be ruled out.

New reports suggest that his injury is not that serious, however it is unlikely for the player to feature on Sunday's game against the Tshwane based outfit.

Baxter also confirmed that the club will welcome back two players Dumisani Zuma and Kgaogelo Sekgota from injuries.

Manyama might be available when Chiefs play against Stellenbosch FC in 2 November for another league game.
