England thumps Latvia 20 - 0 in a FIFA World Cup qualifier match

As much as we are seeing improvements in female football around the world, the truth is that they are still far from equalling the men's game. Since the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup almost every year more than 45 leagues are formed around the world, with Europe at the forefront of this evolution as many of their countries have women's league that is running efficiently.

European countries are busy with FIFA World Cup qualifiers and in Group D, England is running with the lead, as they have won six out of the six matches they have played so far scoring 53 and not conceding a single one to show how the ladies game is still far from their male counterparts.

Yesterday they were in action against European minnows, Latvia and they walked away with a 20 - 0 victory thanks to four goals from Hemp and hat tricks from Mead, White, and Russo.
