The German Bundesliga is receiving a lot of adoration from South African football fans.
This is thanks to the SABC who have been broadcasting the matches free for all.
So when TS Galaxy appointed former Bundesliga player Sead Ramovic as their new head coach, fans quickly took to Google to search for him.
The 42 year old had a stint with VFL Wolfsburg and Borussia Monchengladbach were he played as a goalkeeper. He hopes to use that influence to help save TS Galaxy from the jaws of relegation.
Ramovic has a Uefa Pro Licence coaching badge which is what prompted club owner Tim Sukazi to hire him.
But does he have the pedigree to steer the Rockets in the right direction?
The Rockets are at the bottom of the log table with two points from six games and are yet to win a league game this season. However, Ramovic is confident that he will turn their fortunes around and help them finish the season in a respectable position.
"I am a ball-playing coach and like to dominate possession. I want us to move the ball quickly, with speed and switch sides. It is the main part of my philosophy. We have to defend well and score goals,” he told Sowetan yesterday.
Many football fans are already looking forward to his master class with expectations.
