After Suffering Huge Blow In The Signing Of Bernard Parker, Hunt’s SSU Set To Lose Another Top Star

After losing out on Bernard Parker, a veteran striker who used to play for Kaizer Chiefs but now plays for TS Galaxy, SuperSport United could miss out on another top player in this transfer window.

Wayde Jooste, a defender for Orlando Pirates who used to play for Matsatsantsa, also had a chance to train with the Tshwane team. Like Parker, he had been training with Matsatsantsa, but the club doesn't seem to have made a decision about him yet.

Since the team hadn't won any of its first three games, coach Gavin Hunt was expected to add Jooste to the team to help it get ready for what looks to be a tough season.

While he was still with the Buccaneers, Jooste was first linked to Chippa United. He could still move to his hometown club, as Daine Klate doesn't seem to be ruling out the possibility.

After beating Pirates in their first game last weekend, the Chilli Boys want to add more players to their team so they can do well this season. According to sources, the 30-year-old former Highlands Park player is one of the options for the club.
