Sad News For Orlando Pirates Supporters This Evening

Please don't forget to like, comment and follow me for more daily news!

It seems like Orlando Pirates might be having very bad luck these days in terms of having players with very disruptive behaviour.

It has been reported yesterday that Orlando Pirates Mildifilder Ben Motshwari has been arrested on assault charges.

It was reported that Motshwari had a little bit of altercation with his girlfriend which perhaps ended being physical.

A report from Randfontein police station has reportedly come out today confirming the news that Ben Motshwari is indeed behind bars on charges related to assault.

There were very high hopes that the player might be released soon and be able to return to the field but the police have confirmed that investigations are still ongoing.

This means that the player may spend a little more time behind bars until the investigations are finished and he may then appear in court.

These news come at a very unfortunate time when the team needs the player as he has been with the club and is also very experienced in the front.

Orlando pirates keep on losing valuable players as you would remember that Thembinkosi Lorch is also out due to injury.

It was also reported during the weekend that Mhango was also arrested after failing to settle his bill in one of the top and very well known club in Pretoria.

It seems like our players are losing direction in a time whereby they are needed the most by the team.

Players have a life outside football to live but it is very worrying to see our players losing direction in this manner.

Gender-based violence in this country is a huge problem and our public figures such as football players are supposed to be leading by example in such things.

Ben Motshwari remains suspended by the club pending his investigation on charges laid against him.
