Tim Sukazi : Khayelihle Shozi's story is a scam

A former PSL star who allegedly went missing almost 80 days ago has been found. During his career highs the product of the Mamelodi Sundowns was described by many football fans as the next Teko Modise.

Khayelihle Shozi, who played for a number of PSL clubs including Black Leopards (loan), Richards Bay (loan), TS Galaxy and JDR Stars was last seen a few days ago after he was spotted eating leftovers at a dustin before he was found.

During the time of his disappearance the former Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder who is now mentally unstable was contracted to TS Galaxy but was loaned out to GladAfrica Championship side JDR Stars with the aim of him getting more game time. As of late the owner of his parental club Tim Sukazi has since broken his silence after learning that Khayelihle Shozi has been found.

On Monday in a live interview on UKhozi FM the owner of "The Rockets" can be heard saying that the story of Khayelihle Shozi going missing does not add up, largely revealing that this is a scam. Furthermore Tim Sukazi would go to share that Khayelihle Shozi's brother Simphiwe all along knew his whereabouts and decided to create this story so that he could extort money from those who were concerned.

In addition Tim Sukazi would go to share that a number of PSL club owners and the football fraternity at large including him were very much concerned about the whereabouts of Khayelihle Shozi and they decided to dig deep inside their pockets falling for this "scam".

In the later part of the interview Tim Sukazi would go to mention that on Monday at around 2pm he received a call from Khayelihle Shozi's brother who went to inform him that the former Mamelodi Sundowns player has been found. Lastly Mr Sukazi would then go to share that Simphiwe Shozi even tried to extort money from the management agency that used to represent his brother and also forcing their hand so he could get signed under their company so he could further his football career.
