How Kaizer Chiefs might lineup next season in a 4-3-3 formation ~Opinion

Following the signing of several new players, Kaizer Chiefs is expected to hit the ground running next season, dominating PSL teams during matches. The quality that Amakhosi have acquired is sufficient to return the glamour boys to the top.

With the players at his disposal, Arthur Zwane can now be attack-minded and motivate his players to score many goals while also playing beautiful football and maintaining possession of the ball for long periods of time. Zwane will almost certainly field his strongest lineup in every match next season, and the lineup could look like this in a 4-3-3 formation.

GK: B. Bvuma

He is not better than Khune, but he and Petersen are preferred ahead of Khune, and since he has started in previous amakhosi matches, he will most likely start again next season.

RB: D. Solomons

He will play ahead of Njabulo Blom in the left-back position, using his pace to support the forwards upfront and hit crosses into the box.

CB: N. Ngcobo

Daniel Cardoso will get enough game time in the center-back position now that he has been released, and he will be expected to regain his Swallows FC form and help the team win trophies.

CB: E. Mathoho

Nothing beats experience, and I don't expect Kwinika to bench Mathoho just because he's experienced. Mathoho also works hard and times his tackles well. He'll be back to his best with a good center-back partner. Dube, Mabiliso, and others arrived, but they were unable to take his place because he is a fighter who fights for his place on the team.

LB: R. Frosler

In Sfiso Hlanti's absence, he has been playing at left-back and has improved both defensively and offensively. He also uses both of his feet, which is a plus. He's a ball player who can score occasionally, so he'd probably stay at left-back.

DM: N. Blom

He would be the destroyer, tasked with breaking down all opposing teams' attacks, and he is naturally a defensive midfielder, so he would simply return to his original position.

CM: S. Sithebe

He has many doubters to disprove, and he must play as if his life depends on it; his long passes will greatly aid in counter-attacking.

CM: Y. Maart

He will be responsible for ensuring that the ball rotates well in the middle of the field and that the forwards' runs are picked.

RW: K. Dolly

Ashley du Preez will be someone other than Khama Billiat with whom he will combine and share short passes.

LW: K. Billiat

All he has to do now is pick up where he left off last season.

CF: A. Du Preez

The only thing he is expected to do is score goals and help the team win trophies.
