It is not all smiles in the world of football. There are countless of talents who seemed destined for greater heights but ultimately ruining their careers because they were overly confident or prone to parties.
Insane talent is not always enough to achieve in the world of elite football and the footballer we will be discussing below is proof of that.
It is often said that the saddest thing in life is wasted talent but the most heartbreaking thing in the world of football is wondering how far the potentially great footballers that have wasted their talents could have gone. As one of the most talented Zimbabwean footballers to ever grace the PSL, Tendai Ndoro was largely known for his pace and his ability to score incredible goals.
Making his debut in South Africa, many people stood up and took notice. After making an immediate impact in the PSL, Orlando Pirates would then lands his signature. The Zimbabwe born native would prove to be one of their biggest acquisitions as he was largely known for terrorising defences.
As in the world of football transfers are bound to happen, Ndoro would find himself in the books of Ajax Cape Town and later Highlands Park. After a brief spell with the Lions of the North, the Zimbabwe born player and his then club would reach a decision to terminate his contract because of minimal game time he was getting.
Having been off the limelight since May 2020, the former Orlando Pirates striker is currently back in his native country where he is currently training with second tier league club Simba Bhora, which is owned by a family relative. At this particular point in time his health has became a concern as he is now looking frail.
Having enjoyed an illustrious career in South Africa and also abroad, Tendai Ndoro finds himself training with one of the most unrecognised teams in Africa.
