The Kaizer Chiefs management has decided to terminate Gavin Hunt's contract with immediate effect on Friday, and already there are rumours linking the latter to the top job.
Kaizer Chiefs is one of the biggest brands in South Africa and what matters to the club and the fans is success and not excuses.
The Kaizer Chiefs hierarchy hinted at overhauling the team in preparation for the new season, and now it evident that they need someone who is going to overturn the situation domestically.

Skepe Matsebane, producer and presenter of the Power-Sports-Extra has also hinted at the possible Gavin Hunt's replacement.
“Stuart Baxter is coming into the country next week. He's taking over as the new Kaizer Chiefs coach in the new season,” he wrote on twitter.
Like Luc Eymael, Baxter might have difficulties being welcomed back in South Africa after he was controversially sacked in India following r-a-p-i-s-t postmatch remarks.
It remains to be seen whether the rumours shall come to pass and the fans will also be waiting for the official communication from the club.
