Former coach has wished Ashley Du Preez and Zitha Zwinika well at Kaizer Chiefs.
The duo joined Amakhosi few weeks ago from Stellenbosch FC ahead of the new season.
Du Preez managed to impress Amakhosi last season and the club had to chase his signature.
The player was among the leading goalscorers in the past season that lost the Golden Boot to Peter Shalulile.
Zwinika also impressed in the past season and the player left Stellies as a captain which means he has some leadership qualities.
Speaking to the media Stellenbosch FC head coach Steve Barker has wished his former players well and has insisted that he cannot wait to play against them in the first game of the season.
Stellenbosch will host Amakhosi in the MTN8 next season.
Barker said Kwinika was massive for his side for the two seasons he spent at the club and his leadership qualities bring the best to the field of play.
The coach also wished Du Preez well and the coach is very confident that the player will succeed at Chiefs.
"Undoubtedly, he has got the talent and the ability, so we only wish him well," he said.
