The digital era has ushered in a new way of traveling and getting things from one place to another. This is a convenient system that enables people to order a ride from their phones and service provider have also introduced parcel delivery on behalf of customers. There are new ways everyday aimed at making life easier and more efficient, however there are certainly flaws as we are dealing with people at the end of the day.
Mazola Molefe is the senior journalist at Soccerladuma and is considered as the best in the football space. He has been enjoying a good year as he emerged as one of the most reliable sources over the recently concluded transfer window. He went on to attract brands and this is something special for a journalist as he has recently been amazing.
Mazola took to social media to expose and file a complaint against Uber on social media. He was the recipient of an unpleasant experience with the e-hailing service. He revealed that a package that was sent to him by another publication with some goodies was opened by the driver. He went on to share that the driver in question opened his chocolate and didn't bother to discard the wrapper.
￼This is an unfortunate incident, however he has the platform to voice it out and probably be heard. We can only wonder how many people have suffered similar incidents who weren't able to speak out. He wasn't happy at all and was more agitated that the driver didn't do him the courtesy of throwing the chocolate wrapper after indulging without his permission.
Mazola Molefe will certainly be looking for answers from Uber and more importantly for the person responsible to be held accountable. There are a lot of honest driver and delivery guys, however few dent the reputation and break the trust with the public and this puts Abad reputation on the rest of the workers.
