Look how South Africans celebrated Ghana's defeat to Comoros

After losing 3-2 to Comoros on Tuesday night, Ghana finished bottom of Group C without even recording a single win in this years African cup of nations.

Many South African's ran to social media to express their feelings after the four times African champions lost to minors Comoros.

Ghana played South Africa in 2021 when the two teams met in a world cup qualifier with that game ended with Bafana losing unfairly.

FIFA rejected SAFA request for the game to be replayed and it seems like this issue is still hurting many South African's.

Here are some of the comments


In the game, Comoros took a four minutes surprise lead from a goal by El Fardou Mohamed Ben Nabouhane giving goalkeeper Wollacott no chance.

Things got worse for the four times champions when captain Andre Ayew was shown a straight red card after 25 minutes of the first half.

In 61st minutes after half time, Ahmed Mogni doubled Comoros lead right before Ghana reduced the deficit three minutes later from Richmond Boakye's header.

The Black Stars got back to the game with an equalizer by Alexander Djiku, but Comoros were the last men standing when Mogni completed his brace in the 85th minute.
