Result: Stellenbosch 0-1 SuperSport United

Setting: Danie Craven Stadium

Bradley Grobler and Siyabonga Nhlapo got back to the SuperSport line up, as Thamsanqa Gabuza and Keenan Philipps dropped to the seat while Selaelo Rasebotja came in for the suspended Mbatha.

The hosts hoped to get in front in the beginning phases, with Moses Waiswa ending up a threat in the initial 15 minutes of the main half as he hoped to set up Grobler and Iqraam Rayners.

Jamie Webber cut out an opening for Kaitano Tembo's charges as his free-kick tracked down Keagan Johannes, who sent his header off kilter from short proximity.

Stellies, in the interim, needed to hang tight until the 39th moment for a sight at the SuperSport objective as Antonio Van Wyk a few difficulties prior to seeing his strike saved by Ronwen Williams.

Rayners, who is a previous Stellies kid, went much nearer not long after the halftime break when he shook the crossbar with Sage Stephens all around beaten.

Tembo settled on an adjustment of the assault as the club's top scorer this season Gabuza advanced onto the recreation center for Waiswa for the last 20 minutes.

Gabuza and Grobler almost joined to great impact with 12 minutes staying, as the previous Orlando Pirates striker set up his strike accomplice who pulled his volley only off center.

With the game apparently set out toward a draw, Grobler sprung up with the triumphant objective in second-half stoppage time with his first association objective of the period.
