Ncikazi has said that Orlando Pirates need to improve in order to reach the final of the CAF confederations cup.
Buccaneers defeated Al Ahli Tripoli in a two-legged semifinal to reach the finals.
Both legs were played away from home; Buccaneers won the first 2-0, then lost the second by one goal, but finished the tournament with an aggregate score of 2-1.
In the second leg, the Pirates were psychologically damaged as the team lost focus and nearly blew a two-goal aggregate advantage.
Despite Ahli's 1-0 home setback, Ncikazi declared his team had achieved the main goal by advancing to the next round.
This match had a "subconscious impact on our team," remarked Ncikazi following Sunday's encounter.
He applauded his team's performance in the second half in particular, and disclosed that during the break they focused on a few key areas.
Additionally, coach noted that they'll look at the big picture and aim to improve in modest ways throughout final preparations.
