'That's private information I can't' - Orlando Pirates top boss on Evidence Makgopa's injury blow

"That's private information I can't,"

According to & courtesy of reports from SoccerLaduma Orlando Pirates top boss Jose Riveiro has refrained from revealing what is the true cause of Evidence Makgopa's injury that has kept him out of four games so far this season

In terms of potential Evidence Makgopa is definitely one of the most highly rated young strikers in South African Football who has a bright future not only in the country but also possibly in Europe as well

As before he made the move to Orlando Pirates more especially before the start of last season the chairmen of Baroka FC at the time was adamant that he would only consider selling the striker to an overseas based club

That could also be seen as a negotiation tool to try and get the highest and best possible deal for the striker if there was indeed any local based clubs who were interested in signing Evidence Makgopa

And there were also suggestions and rumours as well that Orlando Pirates in fact completed the signing of Evidence Makgopa last season but chose to let him remain at Baroka FC for the rest of the season

The latest injury that the striker has suffered as well will probably take him a few months to get back into shape and fit enough to start playing games on a regular basis for the Soweto Giants

In terms of the progress that Orlando Pirates have made this season they've had a fairly slow start to the season themselves under the stewardship of Spanish top boss Jose Riveiro with two wins from four games

As there were a lot of disgruntled supporters after the club's surprise defeat to Chippa United at home in last weekend's round of DSTV Premiership fixtures as that is the cruel nature of coaching one of the biggest team's in South Africa
