GOODBYE Khama Billiat quits International Football

Kaizer Chiefs forward Khama Billiat has made a public announcement about his next move with the Zimbabwean national team.

Khama Billiat, who was the Warriors captain recently when they lost 1-0 to Bafana Bafana in the FIFA World Cup qualifiers, has called it a day bringing an end to his international career in an emotional statement published on his social media pages.

Khama thanked his teammates and friends in Zimbabwean football team and national team members for the support they have given him throughout his playing days, mentioning that it's now time to make way for new youngsters to give good service to Zimbabwe the same manner he did by the nine-year period with the senior national team.

Khama Billiat who has recently turned 31 formerly with Mamelodi Sundowns made his senior national team journey when Zimbabwe hosted Mali in an African Cup of Nations qualifier in 2011 and he went on to present the Warriors at the international stage.
