Former Bafana Captain has responded to the formal complaint made by SAFA

According to KickOff.com, Bafana legend and previous skipper Neil "Mokoko" Tovey has reacted to the conventional grievance made by SAFA on Wednesday.

According to KickOff.com, SAFA president Danny Jordan nitty gritty a far reaching formal grievance stopped with FIFA following Bafana's 1-0 loss to Ghana on Sunday. Jordaan made claims of match control while requiring the Group G decider to be replayed.

"That's the only way they will be able to get it replayed, because if it was just a bad refereeing decision then I don't think it can be replayed because referees make bad decisions all the time," Tovey tells Kickoff.com.

"But if it's an element of betting, gambling or cheating, then there will be a chance of the match being replayed.- he told KickOff.com.

"Of course I support the decision to fight it, but at the same time, you have got to realise that it's a big long process you know.- he said to KickOff.com.

"Obviously I was also not happy, I mean that one incident was a diabolical decision.- he added to KickOff.com.

"Thereafter there wasn't any other obvious decisions you know. But there only needs to be one obvious call then you can make it balance so they can't say you were favouring one team."-he concluded to KickOff.com.
