We all know George Lebese from his playing days at Amakhosi. H e was once regarded as the best left-footed player in South Africa. Though his struggles with his former employers Kaizer Chiefs has since went south. It was once reported that the player demanded for more money and after the departure of then coach Stuart Baxter, it was not easy for the player who end up leaving the glamour boys. There where more players who left the likes of captain Tefu Mashamaite and Mandla Masango who went to play their trade overseas and then came back.
Lebese went on to sign for another club in Gauteng for Mamelodi Sundowns under the mentorship of Pitso Mosimane who tried to revive his career. There he didn't get enough game time and was loaned out to Super Sport United who again parted ways with the player. He then got a chance to go and play in the lower league in the United states of America. Now news coming out of KICKOFF are that the player has been spotted training with a PSL team fueling speculation regarding his future in the States. It is believed he was training with TS Sporting last week.
'' Lebese was with the team last week, he only trained once and left so it's unclear what happened,'' a source revealed to KICKOFF.COM. The GladAfrica Championship refused to give more information on the player.
