After suffering a 4-0 loss against Mamelodi Sundowns on the DStv Premiership yesterday, Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs' fans are convinced that Itumeleng Khune has what it takes to save the club from humiliation on upcoming matches.
The award winning goalkeeper was last seen on the field during the 2021/2022 football season on a match between Chiefs and Sundowns. On that particular game, Chiefs was beaten 2-1.
It is no secret that Khune is one of the best goalies in Mzansi. Despite that, Chiefs has kept him off the field. Just last week, Chiefs suffered yet another defeat from Mamkhize's football club, Royal AM. A lot of fans put the blame on the club's newly appointed coach, Arthur Zwane, saying he must be booted already. Some fans on the other hand claim that Khune is the missing link at Chiefs. They say he is the ideal person to guide young players in the club.
