SAFA Districts Football Leagues.

The premier soccer league in South Africa currently known as DSTV premiership set to open the new season next week. The MTN super 8 fixture has been confirmed.

Saturday, 17 October

TTM vs SuperSport United at Thohoyandou Stadium, kick-off at 15:00

Orlando Pirates vs Cape Town City at Orlando Stadium, kick-off at 18:00

Sunday, 18 October

Kaizer Chiefs vs Maritzburg United at FNB Stadium, kick-off at 15:00

Mamelodi Sundowns vs Bloemfontein Celtic at Lucas Moripe Stadium, kick-off at 18:00.

All games will be played behind locked doors.

Followed by the Glad Africa championship and ABC Motsepe League. However the Vodacom super league division is still on the hold after the long season break due to Covid-19 restrictions.

SAFA local football divisions are also waiting for the football committee to open the grounds again. However some part of the teams in some not well known regions across the country has began with their preseason preparation matches to gain their player's fitness and momentum.

The tournaments games are being played all over the districts since lock-down level 1 begins in South Africa. Players find their way of secure play and avoiding over crowed amid covid-19 regulations. This tournaments will continue until their perspective leagues resume. It was the good start at local divisions before the Pandemic hits the country early this year. The THULFA,MALFA, DZATFA,W37LFA and all SAFA vhembe divisions has been affected.
