Check your status now by going to https://www.srd.sassa.gov.za/sc19/status-check, if you are rejected for any month from April to June then you have to do this. If you are rejected for self exclusionary in June, it means if you do not update your screening questions you will not be able to be approved.

You can go to Tweeter and check on the post made by SASSA on the steps to follow to update your information. You can do so by clicking on this link: https://twitter.com/OfficialSASSA/status/1542083183478456320?t=-PBKwvzFtkFoNo2h79M6cQ&s=19. Or you can check the picture below but it is not clear enough.

If you are rejected for alternative source of income then you would need to visit the dsd website to lorge an appeal, you can do so by clicking on this link now: https://www.dsds.gov.za/

After clicking the link, you will see where you have to enter your ID and mobile numbers that you have used when applying for the grant. Because you won't be able to go through with the appeal process without them. And if you lost those numbers then you can update them by clicking on the following link: https://www.srd.sassa.gov.za/mobile/update/

After updating your newest number, you will be able to access the appeal process.
