A hospital in New York was forced to go into lockdown after a man pulled out a gun and shot a patient in the Emergency Room. The incident was caught on camera.
In the video footage, a man dressed in black can be seen waving his gun and running from the hospital's Emergency Room front desk to the waiting area. He is then seen aiming his gun at his male target.
The victim was at the hospital to treat a previous injury. He is seen in the footage, running around the waiting area looking for a place to hide before being shot by the gunman who then fled the scene.
According to the police report, the suspect argued with the victim before pulling out his gun and shooting him four times, hitting him in the firearm.
The 35 year old victim who has not been identified, due to legal reasons, is expected to recover. According to sources, he had also survived a shooting incident last year.
