The South African Police Service (SAPS) members are asking for assistance from members of the public to help locate 28 year old Bongani Sanele Mlambo, he is wanted for the murder of 23 year old Xolile Mbatha which happened a while back.
According to the saps news report, on 31 July 2022 at 07:30 am the South African Police Service (SAPS) members were called to a murder scene at a student residence in Mahatma Gandhi Road, Durban (KwaZulu-Natal Province) on arrival they found the body of 23 year old Xolile Mbatha with multiple stab wounds. She was declared deceased at the scene.
A case of murder was registered at Point SAPS and a warrant of arrest was issued for 28 year old Bongani Sanele Mlambo, after a long investigation police have not had any success in capturing him.
Police urge anyone with information which could lead to his arrest to contact the saps phone number or report at the nearest police station, information provided will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
