JOHANNESBURG - Former City of Johannesburg Mayor Mpho Moerane is in medical clinic following a fender bender.
The African National Congress (ANC) assembly pioneer was in engaged with the mishap on Monday night when he was heading out from Alexandra to his home in Mondeor, south of Joburg.
Subtleties encompassing the reason for the accident are as yet hazy at this stage.
Moerane was Joburg city chairman in October last year following the passings of two Joburg chairmen Geoff Makhubo and Jolidee Matongo.
ANC local representative Sasabona Manganye said: "The ANC wishes him a fast recuperation and furthermore will keep the family in our requests during this difficult period and we will give them space."The post has been circulating on the facebook social media platform, which serves the purpose of informing the public about the daily news happening both locally and globally all over the world.
