Eight cars damaged on the N3 near Rand Airport. A concrete sleeper was thrown onto the road

It is shameful indeed and cannot be justified. It's sadly also a reminder of the poor education and breakdown in societies social fabric. The ruling party had done very little to cement and improve that, on the contrary they are the reason why our social norms remain unanchored.

That looks like a road maintained by Sanral and they usually having a roving vehicle, I wonder where were they.

I wonder people from other countries similar to South Africa behave like? From noway they just cause pandemonium to profit or kill.

For as long as I can remember. These crimes are not south african by nature. Hence they are only coming up in recent years when border security is a problem. People are crossing into South Africa illegally daily, normal working day for them. 12 hours to get whatever they can get.

@CyrilRamaphosa @RonaldLamola @BantuHolomisa @SABCNews @SAPoliceService. Our country needs to impose harsh centences to those caught doing barbaric acts like this & destroying our infrastructure. We no longer have trains(Prasa), street lights & high jacks are at a rise daily.

Government will tell you that there is no space in prison and that's why they have to pardon sentences. I don't see why they don't build more prisons or bring back the death penalty then? You can't let murders go because of space? What about the hard-working people being harmed?
