The Indian man can be heard yelling at the cops and stopping his Bakkie behind their vehicle so they couldn't get away in the footage. This video demonstrates that citizens do not respect their local police officers, as evidenced by how they are treated in broad daylight while performing their duties.
In South African communities, it appears that any SAPS member is now treated horribly. This is how cops are wounded when they don't take control of their suspect and don't keep the situation under control. When he began acting aggressively, this individual was supposed to be in handcuffs.
Put the cuffs on the suspect and make him sit down; then take the dogs and search the house; generally, when suspects act aggressively like this, something else is going on. The issue begins with police enforcement not understanding the law; if they have a warrant, they can show it and enter without having to fight with the subject. However, as the suspect was interfering with the operation, police officers were spotted standing with their arms folded.
