A MAN and a lady were killed after a bakkie and a light engine vehicle impacted head on the N12 among Fochville and Westonaria in Gauteng on Tuesday, 28 June.
One more man was harmed during the accident.
ER24 representative Russel Meiring said doctors showed up at the scene at around 6.12pm to find the destroyed bakkie and seething vehicle in the street.
"After looking into it further, doctors found a man and lady lying toward the front of the vehicle. Another man was tracked down lying out and about.
"Surgeons evaluated the patients and found that the two inside the vehicle had proactively surrendered to their wounds. Nothing should be possible for themselves and they were pronounced dead," Meiring said.
He said a man was tracked down out and about with serious wounds.
"Surgeons treated the man and later shipped him to a confidential clinic for additional consideration. Neighborhood specialists were on the scene for additional examinations," Meiring said.
