Bheki Cele held a press conference in which hw announced that 9 566 people were raped in South Africa betweeen July and September and that makes it exactly Three months and over 9k rape cases were reported in South Africa.
Temba Police Station in Hammarskraal reported the highest cases of rape in South Africa, mind you these cases could have been worse if all the cases were reported, and take note not all rape cases are being reported.
Mzansi have been reacting to this stats and one even asked "is SAPS still necessary?".
