Police made a sh0cking discovery after searching two suspicious cars, this is what was found

The Pietermaritzburg K9 Unit in the Mountain Rise policing area have secured the successful arrest of two suspects 40 and 47 for dealing in counterfeit goods.

According to the saps news report, on Saturday 26 November 2021 police spotted two suspicious vehicles with boxes loaded at the back travelling on Willowton Road, police stopped the vehicles in order to search what's inside the boxes, upon searching the vehicles police recovered 20 boxes of Pacific Blue cigarettes, three boxes of Remington Gold and grape flavoured cigarettes.

The suspects could not produce a license for the goods they were carrying, police confiscated three cellphones and two vehicles from the suspects for further investigation, the two suspects aged 40 and 47 were arrested and charged with possession and dealing in counterfeit goods.

They are expected to make an appearance at the Pietermaritzburg Magistrate’s Court today 29 November 2021 to face the charges, cigarettes which are sold illegally are not safe to used because you never know if they have been tempered with.
