The charges come after Jub offered indecent comments about women during a scene of Digital recording and Chill, facilitated by MacG (Macgyver Mukwevho).
As indicated by the family's true assertion, the comments made with regards to Du Pont during the meeting were "never intended to humiliate or disgrace" - all things being equal, it was an endeavor by the performer to claim "up to his past".
Ngcobo said Jub was "gobsmacked" by the cases, and denied any bad behavior, naming the claims "bogus", "counterfeit", "incredible" and "unreliable".
Jub's relationship with Du Pont, who blamed the television moderator for assault and endeavored murder, is depicted as one with "shared regard and getting, love and backing".
Remarking on Khumalo's assault claims, Ngcobo asserted they "never had any close connection" and Jub "turned her down".
"South Africa is right now managing a genuine pandemic of sexual orientation based brutality [GBV], and it's disturbing to have such well known figures mishandling a big deal GBV to discolor somebody's name all for the sake of discipline since he uncovered specific parts of their heartfelt connection which they probably won't have needed others to know," said the assertion.
As per the extensive assertion, Jub and his supervisory group have chosen to make a lawful move against the ladies with additional guidelines for them to withdraw and apologize for their cases.
Inability to stick to the guidelines would see Jub "put in any amount of work", it added.
"He will be opening an instance of crimen injuria and maligning against Amanda du Pont, Masechaba Khumalo, Bonoluhle Nkala, and Refilwe Kumalo, who have been pulled to crusade against our child by Amanda du Pont on her online media page.
"Their cases have harmed our child's standing, encroached his privileges to security and respect," the assertion said.
