Mass Exodus of Zim Expats Begins as Long Distance Bus Companies Record High Ticket Booking to Harare

The people of Zimbabwe may have finally made up they minds to exit South Africa following many years of agitation by citizens of South Africa who see them as competitors in their own land. Groups like operation dudula and Put South Africa First have been on the lead of organizations demanding for the deportation of Zimbabweans back to their country.

Many agitators argued that Zimbabwean nationals are contributing to surging unemployment of local citizens due to their constant involvement in cheap labour which tend to give them an edge over everyone.

In an emerging report from Newsroom Afrika, it has been confirm by news correspondents that there is a high demand for bus tickets from Johannesburg to Harare.

News correspondents from Newsroom Afrika visited one of the biggest transport company in South Africa 'Godzilla Transport' and they confirmed that there has been an increased booking of tickets by Zimbabwean expats living in South Africa who wants to move back to Zimbabwe.

They decision is sponsored by the wave of anti-immigrant attacks which has spread all over the nation in the last one year. Some of the expats are also those who were affected by the recent cancellation of Zimbabwe exemption permit.

This entails that we should expect more Zimbabwean nationals to exit the country by the end of 2022 when the 'grace period' issued to ZEP could have expired.
