Police minister Bheki Cele has denied he has a “frosty” courting with national police commissioner Khehla Sitole.

“I deny that there may be a frosty courting,” Cele informed the SA Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) hearings into the July riots on Friday. 


He stated he and Sitole had a “working courting”. 


“I changed into a countrywide commissioner ... I minimised any struggle. I had a tremendous group. The stats had never been so appropriate,” Cele stated of his tenure as countrywide police commissioner, earlier than becoming police minister.
