Zama Zama minings continues following the footage caught by drone in East Rand, illegal mining taking place.
They are using using drones to catch the suspects a drone was used to film illegal mining taking place, the footage was taken yesterday by a local man that has a drone and took the footage to the near by police station to report the incident.
According to the statement given the man was scared to go to the scene or to report without evidence and decided to use one of his drones to film or record the suspects mining, then take the footage to the police to open a solid case.
The SAPS open a case had loached a team to arrest all the suspects at the scene today, for more information about the what will happen at the Zama Zama location, to arrest all the suspects involved and the buyers need to be caught because those are the main source of the illegal mining.
Police will have to investigate towards the buyers of the unprocessed products.
