According to accounts, a tragic incident occurred in Kasawino market in the Manyara district, when a woman named as Natasha stabbed her bestfriend Mercy Owino and left her for dead. According to the facts presented, Mercy was 21 years old and Natasha was 22 years old. Natasha had been dating a close village lad who was also 21 at the time of the incident, according to "The Standard."
She began to notice weird exchanges between Mercy and her lover, which irritated her. Natasha approached Mercy after discovering that Mercy had'stolen' her boyfriend's identity. When an argument developed, Natasha entered with a knife and stabbed Mercy in the stomach. The woman died from her injuries while being transferred to Jaramogi Oginga Odinga hospital. Since Natasha's disappearance, officers have been trying to find a way to apprehend her and bring her to justice. The partner has been arrested and will assist police officers in their investigation.
