Loadshedding to continue on Monday and Tuesday (Here's The Schedule)

According to a recently released statement by Eskom, they have indicated that some of the power have been replenished in the emergency generation reserves. They have futher indicated that in order to stay afloat and reserve as much power as possible for the next coming days, the schedule for stage 2 loadshedding has been extended to for Monday and Tuesday.


There is a plant in Koeberg that's tripped this Sunday morning which resulted in it being completely shutdown. Luckily there are no unclear safety concerns which have been reported. Once the feed water pump has been restored it will come back into full operation. The statement also indicated that over the past 24 hours, units in Kusile and Hendrina has been returned to service.
