September R350 SASSA Dates Update.
The social relief grant was introduced to cater for individuals who had lost their jobs during covid and were unemployed. It was set to help out individuals so that they can afford basic needs.
The social relief fund was reinstated because there was still a huge need for it since most people were unemployed.
On a monthly basis, individuals receive R350 . This can either be collected at the post office, some retail stores or deposited into you r bank account.
The dates from which the social relief grant are paid vary every month, this is because all applications are reviewed and revised. This is a process that is done to check whether or not individuals still qualify and if they have not received an alternative employment offer.
Sassa payment dates for September have not yet been confirmed, however payments will start rolling soon.
