A taxi driver was spotted wearing a helmet as a mask, not putting on a seat belt and he is busy on his phone. He is putting himself and his passenger’s lives in danger, therefore a phone is a huge distraction when you on the road. He is not even focusing where he is going, next thing he is going to increase his speed without noticing.
Now he won’t only be endangering himself and his passenger but also other road users, like why would he wear a helmet in a vehicle? He won’t even have a clear vision, this driver seems to be clueless about the road procedures or he’s just trying to show off his skill. He is playing a very risky game and if law enforcement officials see him like this then arrest him, he will act as if they are wrong. People should follow rules when they are on the road, not make up their own.
