A man took his life early hours of this morning, a report from Baite TV explained that the man committed suicide in the morning around 7am. The man identified as Bernard Kiambi , who is a resident of Njotene village, they said his friend didn't show any signs of being suicidal.
"I spent the previous day with him, he seemed fine and happy" he said. The day before his friend gave him a task to do which he did not complete. “I called him in the morning and asked him if he is coming to complete his task. After 5 minutes, I heard screams and before learning that he hanged himself. People started gathering the scene to stop him from taking his life.
“Before we attempt to cut the rope he hanged himself with, we saw movements on his hands and the head was still moving. Unfortunately he couldn't help himself after falling to the ground. We reported the matter to the police who took long to respond,” said Makandi.
