SA Man Narrate How Group of Foreigners Claiming to be Property Developers Hijacked a Lady's House

Despite the effort of South African government to end incessant hijacking of people's properties by scrupulous elements, it seems these criminals are not backing down one bit.

Just recently, an South African man known as T Friend took to his Twitter handle to narrate the experience a South African lady had with foreign nationals who hijacked her building.

According to his narrative: "Norwood Police currently has the case file of a South African woman living with Orange Grove who, in 2014, had her house hijacked by a group of foreigners posing as property developers.

They were assisted by the police who the "developers" showed fake auction sale papers and a title deed to evict her from the property."

"The lady and her daughter spent 7 days homeless at Formula One before they were reinstated back into their home by Attorney Raymond Kosviner, who later proved the ownership and sued the acclaimed developers and police for Damage to property, house hijacking and spoilage."

The house hijacking happened when the owners were not at home. Houses at risk are the ones that are not well maintained, neglected- but are owned. Another highlight is the number of houses belonging to legal foreign owners who don't stay in the country but rent them out.
