There was a shooting in Lost City, Mitchell Plain whereby four people were gunned down and one person got injured. Suspects opened fire on these five male aged 30-64 and then fled the scene on foot. No arrest was made, police are still in search of the suspects and are asking for public assistance.
It was said that why isn’t the government and law enforcement officers making an effort to curb these violent crimes, they should at least go house to house in search of weapons from suspected gangsters. There is no use in making arrests while other perpetrators are sitting back home with weapons waiting to strike.
Residents are now living in fear, its like gangsters have taken over and they have more power than the law enforcers. What is our youth supposed to learn, some will grow up with trauma while others will turn into those gangsters. Something really needs to be done about this situation.
