The police officers in an area called Bredasdorp have issued a statement that they need assistance from the public to identify a skull that was found which is believed to have been of a roughly estimated 16 - 18 year old male.
This was reported to the police after the skull was found near Otterbaai on the 30th of December. They were then called to the scene and the forensics team has estimated that the skull has been buried for a year or so.
The spokesperson of the Police Captain FC Van Wyk issued a statement that anyone with information wimhich might lead to solving this case can come forward to assist the police. An announcement that any missing person or information about a missing young man should be taken up with the investigation officers.

There has been some discoveries of the same kind in December around the Gqeberha and Glen Ridge in November.
