Several other women revealed similar tales shortly after Amanda Du Pont aired the video of herself exposing Jub Jub for abusing and mistreating her for two years.
A young woman claiming to be Jub Jub's cousin finally summoned the guts to tell her side of the story.
On Instagram and Twitter, Bonokuhle Mtsweni shared a photo of herself with Jub Jub. She didn't say much about what he did to her, but she did leave a cryptic caption: " Amanda Du Pont, I think it's time you check your DMs."
She also shared the photo on her Instagram account, claiming that he abused her when she was 17/18 years old.
Everyone assumed she was another of his countless victims right away. Men labelled her an attention-seeking liar, while women flooded the comments section with messages of encouragement.
"THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR STANDING UP!!!" she wrote later on her Twitter account. CAN MORE WOMEN DM HER AND TELL HER THEIR STORIES? INFLUENCE OVER POWER!!!! "FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, GUYS!"
