Boity Thulo launches a foundation against Gender Based Violence. Boity shared on her Instagram page that her foundation which will be called Boity Thulo Foundation will be helping by supporting those who go through GBV, providing shelter and support. The foundation will be in her hometown of Potchefstroom.
Boity's foundation has helped many people during the covid pandemic, but she wants to focus on a more permanent cause that is GBV. Boity's hometown in the NorthWest province has the highest rate of sexual violence perpetrated against women. This cause will be to help those that go through GBV.
Boity said she has many fund raising events planned for 2022.
Were not sure if Boity decided to change the angle of her foundation due to the acts of violence that she herself went through when she and Bujy got into a fight months ago. Bujy himself has also joined a campaign for GBV.
