See Crocodile swept off the river due to persistent rain in Limpopo, Thohoyandou area

Persistent rain in the Limpopo provinces, Thohoyandou, resulted localised flooding and damaged roads.

The area had been experiencing rain for series of days since last week untill Tuesday.

A video on social media showed a crocodile swept off the river into a field crops, the video further showed damaged roads, completely swept off which will require urgent attention for car's to travel through them again.

At this time it's not fully known the extent of all the damage the severe rain caused in the Thohoyandou and surrounding areas.


All motorists are urged to drive carefully should they have to use or travel through the damaged roads.

The rain in that area has however stopped pouring since Wednesday morning, with skies now clear and showing no sign of rain.

There was no any report of injuries or casualties that resulted from the rain except damage of roads
