Maybe now it will raise alarm that there is a serious problem in government buildings when it comes to fire, unless if this is a sabotage from some individuals who are out in mission.
At the early beginning of this year, we learnt about fire which burned down the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa.
Now it has been reported that there is another fire that has broken out at the Steve Biko Academic Hospital in Pretoria. This is happening now as the second in just two weeks.
Speaking of hospital burning down, last year, 16 April 2022 a fire tore through parts of Charlotte Maxeke Hospital in Johannesburg. Up to so far, the hospital hasn't fully recovered and the fire at the Steve Biko Academic Hospital now it's another huge burden to the government.
City Press newspaper has reported that it has been reliably informed that the hospital’s emergency unit is not operational following the fire.
